You will need some few ingredients or items. These include 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 1/8 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil. What you have to do is to add some lemon juice to the olive oil in a bowl and then just stir before putting it aside. This will help to fade away the scars. If you do not have the lemon juice it doesn't matter as it is optional. Use an oil free cleanser to wash your face and pat dry. Then put the tips of your fingers making sure that it is clean in the olive oil and then massage the skin with it. Make sure that you focus on the acne scars and then for about twenty minutes leave it on. After this you can then rinse off with the use of water that is lukewarm with all this done during the morning. Continuing this olive oil acne remedy, follow the same steps as discussed above during the night but there will be no need to rinse off the olive oil. This is because the skin will do a lot of its repairing work at this time. It normally takes some time for these home remedies to work so you have to do this on a daily basis and also be very patient in terms of results. Indeed the other method of using the olive oil is to add it to baking soda in scrubbing your face. After doing a mixture of the olive oil and soda just apply it to your face with clean hands and rinse with water that is lukewarm. You can apply this olive oil acne remedy for two to three times in a week. |
